Your expertise in Webflow and its intricacies will be pivotal in driving these projects to success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement high-quality web designs using Webflow.
• Utilize Finsweet's Client-First CSS naming scheme to ensure consistency and maintainability in code.
• Troubleshoot and solve complex issues with precision and efficiency.
• Optimize websites for peak performance and speed.
• Implement SEO best practices to enhance website visibility and ranking.
• Rapidly adapt to new platforms and technologies, staying at the forefront of web development trends.
• Maintain a keen eye for detail, ensuring the highest quality in all aspects of development.
• Collaborate closely with our PM team to plan milestones, execute software delivery effectively, and manage any arising issues.
• Gather and refine specifications and requirements based on both technical and client needs.

The position will report to our Lead Developer and is a contract-based position, paid hourly. Pay is negotiable.
